If you have perfect attendance in the twelve months leading up to your birthday, we'll give you an extra day off, which can be taken on or around your big day.
Sports and Social Club
Our Sports and Social Club organises dozens of fantastic events throughout the year, including parties, theatre trips, 5-a-side football, shopping trips and an annual Family Fun Day. It costs nothing to join the Club, and activities are open to every single member of the team.
Long Service Awards
We like to reward long service and celebrate the fact that some of our employees have worked with the Group for twenty, thirty and even forty years. Employees reaching of these fantastic milestones receive a gift form the Group as well as an invitation to the annual ceremony, The Graftas.
