About the role

You will be responsible for assisting in developing neighbourhood model strategies across Gentoo’s stock. This will focus on analysing and comparing both qualitative and quantitative data in order to aid development of a sustainable planned investment programme.

You will be required to have excellent written and verbal skills in order to influence senior stakeholders within projects. You will need a solid analytical mind-set and high attention to detail as well as a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to assist in the development, management and maintenance of Gentoo’s asset performance software systems, aiding to develop accurate option appraisal reports and recommendations for the Groups’ planned investment strategy.
