Salary: £48,516.90 per annum

About the role

You will be the overall lead within Asset Management for the technical asset delivery team ensuring that all Gentoo’s statutory and legal responsibilities in relation to the strategy, management and delivery of all Mechanical related assets are inspected, serviced, maintained and replaced accordingly. This role will ensure our data is accurate, up to date and that our mechanical assets are invested in a planned way. The role will also oversee the management, co-ordination and validation of Landlord Compliance to include: lift maintenance, FME Maintenance, asbestos management, district heating maintenance, electrical compliance, quality assurance and all other similar statutory and legal responsibilities.
This role involves a high level of interaction across the group contract managing a range of large scale contracts which are delivered via our internal and external contractors and leading a team of technical professionals.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a driven, analytical individual who is solution focused to lead our talented Asset Technical Delivery team. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals to devise, plan, implement and deliver investment works to our Mechanical and Electrical Assets. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and have significant experience in the specification, planning and delivery of high volume, large scale investment and cyclical contracts with a significant skillset in the management of external contractors. The right candidate will have a comprehensive technical background and have undertaken a similar previous role.
